For delivery to local addresses in Whitehorse, Yukon a delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.
We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, we cannot guarantee exact time of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, and rush hour deliveries. Holiday, rush orders and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays. Please allow some flexibility or additional time to ensure delivery on schedule.
Sales & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a product from Emma Barr Fine Art please contact the studio directly at (867-334-1966). I can offer an exchange for another item, or issue you a store credit that you can use on any product offered within the gallery. Credits such as gift certificates have no expiry and can be used on any item in the gallery as well as towards custom commission works. No cash refunds available. Undamaged merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
If you are sending merchandise back for an exchange, please notify EBFA prior to sending. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event of an exchange. If you receive a product that is damaged during transport, you have 48 hours from the date received to notify EBFA. All shipping material must be kept with damaged item until our carrier has released the merchandise to be returned. If damage is not reported within 48 hours, our carrier will not assume any responsibility and product cannot be replaced by EBFA.
EBFA stands behind the high craftsmanship quality and materials of original works and limited edition prints and will remedy any *manufacturers defect within good reason within thirty days of the delivery/purchase date.
*Manufacturers defects do not include sun or extreme temperature change damage.
EBFA collects customer information when an order is completed. This information includes shipping and billing information, as well as order details and comments. Credit card information is not stored by EBFA. Customer information is used for order processing only and is never provided to a third party, except for credit card processing and in cases required by law.
